What kind of developer this is
Rhom Bho builds one type of product and has done so for years: low-rise resort condominiums of a few hundred units, close to a beach, sold to a mixed audience of foreign buyers and Thai investors. The Title Residences Nai Yang, The Title Legendary Bang Tao, Halo, Serenity, Olive — different names, the same formula.
The company is listed on the SET as TITLE since 2018, and since 2023 its controlling shareholder is AssetWise PCL, a Bangkok developer of national scale. For a buyer that means two layers of public reporting, not one, and a parent with deeper pockets than most Phuket developers have.
KUARTZ breaks the pattern in two ways: a new geography — Karon instead of the north-west coast and Rawai — and a new line without The Title prefix. The format itself is unchanged: 7 floors, 189 apartments, a few hundred metres to the sea.

The finished buildings are the best check on a presale: finishes, maintenance of the grounds, how the management company works. All of these are built and lived in.
