What this site is

An independent information website about the KUARTZ condominium in Karon, Phuket, published by Tumanov Group. It is not the developer's official website. The project is developed by Rhom Bho Property PCL, listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand as TITLE.

Not an offer

Figures, dates and descriptions shown here are for reference. They do not constitute a public offer and may be changed by the developer without notice. Current terms are always confirmed in writing before any transaction.

Project stage

Construction has not started. The environmental impact report 256909-31 was filed in September 2026 and is under review in the register of the Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning of Thailand; the approval fields are empty as of the date above. Sales are announced for mid-October 2026. The developer may change these dates.

Prices and plans

As of the date this page was last updated, the developer has published no prices, no floor plans, no areas and no completion date for KUARTZ. This site does not quote any. When the developer issues them, they appear here with their date and source.

Ownership

The statement that foreign buyers can own freehold at KUARTZ is derived from the project subtype recorded in the EIA register — a condominium under the Condominium Act — and from that Act's foreign ownership quota of 49% of saleable area. The allocation of the quota to specific units is decided by the developer and has not been published.

The other page covers are abstract graphics generated for the site. None of these are renders, photographs or drawings of the project: the developer has not published visualisations as of the date above; when it does, they are credited and replace the covers.

Distances

"400 m to the sea" is the developer's figure. Other distances on the location page are straight-line calculations by this site from the developer's map point and public landmark coordinates; they are labelled as such and are not road distances.

"KUARTZ", "The Title", "Rhom Bho Property" and related names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used here to identify the property offered for sale.
