The KUARTZ is two low-rise buildings of 7 floors in Karon, on Phuket's west coast. Karon Beach is a 400-metre walk away, with the village's restaurants, supermarket and spas around the corner.

In Karon only a handful of condos allow pets, and tenants with a dog or a cat search for months. At The KUARTZ pets are allowed in Building A — 102 apartments: 69 × 1 Bedroom, 31 × 1 Bedroom Plus and 2 2 Bedroom Plus penthouses — with a Pet Park for walks. For a buy-to-let this is a plus: your apartment is open to tenants other buildings turn away.
Beach access
Besides the main entrance, The KUARTZ has a separate gate towards Karon Beach: the sea is 400 metres away on foot. Beach in the morning, beachfront restaurants in the evening — without walking round the block.
